We are having problems to go in the menu > Structure Site, when we are in there, the charging bar starts to run but it comes a moment when it stops in (9%) and says that the software was updated in a highest version and it cannot keep running because it has this difference in software.
We need to install this system with two xray tubes. One, is already configured but the other one is not, and there is where we are struggling.
We already check the version of the XCU and it is VF00D, the one we are running. Also checked the ID Host and it is also the same from the Application Key Generation in manuals.
