We have Stryker stacks here to and in my experience if you're not getting a video signal and it is not the leads then it is normally a programming issue. There is a service page on the image hub which dictates what video inputs it is using. I am blest with having a test box that can output test patterns in a variety of formats and at differnt scan frequencies so if it is that the hub has been set to NTSC then I can tell that this is the case. Bear in mind I am in the UK and we use PAL. Hope this helps.
I assume you have a known good signal source that is compliant with the connection you are using. One thought that has come to me is that some models that were designated as export models had extra signal processing/signal input cards in the image hubs to make them 'future proof'. I believe the present unit is a matrox but without looking I could be wrong. There is a way of checking that the matrox sub-system is working outside of the Stryker program. You had better e-mail me outside of Dotmed if you feel you need to pursue this.
One outside chance, have a look and see if there is lithium coin cell on the motherboard, I can't remember wether the stryker image hub has one or not. I know from past experience it can cause some systems to boot up in an erronous state if the on-board configuration memory is corrupt or been erased.

I have gone onto the settings and have tried everything, PAL/NTSC
DVI/Svideo input
988/1088 settings
and for all it says no video.
The system is from UK.
Any other ideas.
