I am trying to install stryker visum LED lights.
After I connect the light to the power supply and the wall supply unit the service light on the wall control unit starts to flash.
Half of the LED dome lights up and if I press the power button for 10 sec or so the entire dome lights up but I am unable to increase or decrease the intensity of the lights.

The service manual does not help much.
