check cabling at collimator encoder andsurrounding area..check that collimator encoder light is green/lit...check config of system to ensure that all subsystems show as available and not si,ulation..check all CAN nodes are indicating as grren in system config..if all good then recal Stand

We have found the above problems, thanks for your help.
But, we have the problem now, the device is giving the E2 20_105 "IPS not ready" error.
Is there a problem in SwissVision program?

for some reason the Swissvision IPS is not communicating with the Expert..it could be a dcom issue btwn the two..it could be cameras not ready scenario with cameras not cooling down to minus 10 degrees due to perhaps a tubing issue..was the system working okay then stopped working..is there maybe a n ips nic card issue and the it settings are incorrect now or needs to be reset. is the swissvision database full and you need to delete images..can you ping the ips from the expert.
