we have problem with sysmex CA1500 coag analyser, Initially floppy drive failed and found the problem due to the CPU board. Repalced the CPU board and now output result for the PT parameter is incorrect. the SIS computer result giving 22.2 instead of 2.2. please shed some light on this issue. I checked all user protocol and paramater. all correct.where can i see the unit paramter setting in the SIS computer?
