sytec 3000i boot problem

hi to all

i have a problem with sytec 3000i ,did not boot
when i power-up the system displays on the CRT screen " system preparation" after a while i get on a screen " DATE=2026/15/01" and system preparation on the touch screen .the system hanged
after check , i find a blown fuse on CPW bord
i replace it , but the problem is the same no changes
when i performed a CPW tests phase 1&2 i get an HD error
CPW (14) HD READ TEST
### READ ERROR ! ###
CHECK CONDITION!
SENSE KEY = $3 MEDIUM ERROR
SENSE CODE = $11

SENSE DATA : F0 00 03 00 F2 ...................... ETC

after that the system hangs up
