There is some interlock open. Check the emergency stops buttons, the Anti-Panic tapes, the cable connections behind the front gantry cover, etc...

Also, you can check the Service Status on the TGP Board, in the Left side of the Gantry.
Please, check the Service Switch is on "Normal" mode, etc, etc.

i solved the probleme , it was a misconnnected cable from the gantry . but when i make a warm-up i got error message ERR-152 , in details :

Error on REF_Check = REF 1 Ch
*** ER-152 12:01 Warm-up error LCP=03 TN=WARM ADD.=002D343C

*** ER-152 12:01 Warm-up error LCP=03 TN=WARM ADD.=003D3A32
Illegal data on Rate_Check = Rate 1 Ch.(Active)
*** ER-152 12:01 Warm-up error LCP=03 TN=WARM ADD.=002D3DE6
Illegal Data on HPF_Check = HPF 25
when i enter in maintenace mode and do auto calibration i got error 153 with REF channel error

OK my friend, I´m glad you can solve your problem.
Now, for the 152 Error you must know a few things.
The errors between 99 and 199 are Scan Errors.
In this case, the 152 WarmUp error, is telling you that the reference or the data collected is out of range. (the SD/MeanValue
I´m sorry, I was wrong. I´, really sorry.
You must do the following: Start an Air Calibration, and when ask for "Initialize air data" answer YES.
Perform this 2 or 3 times and the problem should be solve.
If not, you must perform and phantom calibration.

Its probably a software crash.
However you could make the power on test on CPW, using the dipsw on board
