I need PMSsec key and license for TCOP_651 software.
I am currently trying to perform Integris 5000 maintenance service.
I want to know the possibility of obtaining this key and also its cost.
I currently have the basic TCOP_651 software and its applications.

To get this from Philips you will 1. need official Philips training on that product.
2. Sign at a minimum a "tech support" agreement.
3. with a Coop agreement it is "no charge" not sure on the support.
Once you get IST security software from Philips you will need a security dongle that has to be "renewed or refreshed" every 30 days.
you can download the PMSsec IST security software from Philips Incenter at no charge but you will need to get it registered. Then you need a dongle. Just like GE I really doubt they will just sell you one without training and if they did it would be cost prohibitive for most small service companies.
