I have a TCU machine in my client office which is part of machines that works with Philips Panorama 0.23T MRI.
The TCU model number is TCU-200 and Serial Number - 3484. the TCU has being working all these while but it just developed a fault.
The TCU LED Light will Come ON and Go Off when the TCU is Switched ON but other LED Light will come ON.
I also noticed that the (24 V DC) Contactor (K1) will energized (contact) and release (Off). the TCU LED Light goes off when the contactor de-energized.
the contactor is also connected to a Over -load thermal relay and a pumping machine is connected to the over-load thermal relay.
Due to this ON and OFF of the TCU LED Light which means the TCU is not Ok, we can not ON the MRI machine.
When you ON the TCU machine, the following LED light will come ON:
1) Power ON : Green LED Light -OK
2) Wake up : we dont get to this stage because we dont ON the MRI when the TCU LED Light switch OFF
3) Chiller : Green LED Light -OK
4) TCU : IT will come ON and Go OFF
5) Temperature : GREEN LED light - OK
6) Water Level : Green LED Light - OK
please what could be the problem and can you send me the technical manual?
