I have bought used vivid 7 dimensions with linear , cardiac
And TEE probes all working normally except TEE probe
When plug this 6T probe the screen showing temperature is low
Please warm up and reselect the probe , in the same time i couldn't use the probe because freeze button always activated ,
If any body know this probe please give me support

most probably the probe is damaged ,
