Hello Everyone,
Has anyone used Thermo MicroFocus X-Ray Source 90 kV, End Window? We have has multiple of these sources failing on us in particular higher voltages.
Has anyone used such X-ray source before? Do you have information on the average expected life time with regards to calender time, operational time and number of on/off cycles for us?
We are currently very concerned about the high failure rate of this type of sources.
