I am getting IP time over while doing normal scan.scano and stationary scan is ok.any suggestions??

Sunil, Your LX is losing axial rotate encoder pulses. Scooter scanner1@eim.ae

have already changed the rotary encorder as well as PCB on which these pulses generate view trigger

Have cheched all the scanner,rotary encorder & console PCBs but the error remains same.Is there anything else i can check??

Sunil, You need to make sure that your rotate speed is correct too.

Sunil, enter on teh service program, and run the test for RAM CHECK. May be there is an error on some of the IP´s Boards. Check, and let me know. regards, Gustavo
