Mr. Psarreas, if the switchs are OK, try search all the relays between the Power distribution Unit and the translation power supply or similar. May be there is a dirty or old relay and there is power on the system, but no distribution on some places, like the traslation system.
Also you can check the subsections of the power supply, like the auxilary Power Supply, UPS Battery charger, etc...
There is a group of indicator leds on the board of the dc/dc converter. Let me know wich leds are on and wich color are so I can try to help you a little more.

My tomoscam MEG is showing battery charger error and collimator control error. Also when i depress the off button , power does not switch off from the DSP section, i have to manually turn off the circuit breaker behind the gantry to switch off the power. Can u please help me to solve the problem.

gantry does not complete the power , it just keeos cycleing .
the tilt and all gantry ,table switchs work except gantry translate
i am not sure if the gantry translate has to move on start up if so this may be my start up problem
