In five words: switch off Capasee, find dipswitch`s on CPU board (initialise), switch on machine and after Toshiba logo switch off, dipswitch to original position and them swith on and set date and time.

I looked at that topic dotmed.
I turn off the device,
I pull down the switch number 5,
I turn on the device, the display shows: INITIALIZE USER REG. DATA & PATIENT DATA ARE YOU SURE (Y / N).
I press the Y key,
but the display shows: EEPROM WRITE ERROR.
I looked for a fault on the card, but I could not find a fault

I`m not shore but how I remember You need to switch more one dipswitch ti initialise EEPROM from ROM. If this solution not work - problem in EEPROM (ROM to) or CPU. Tray to reseet all chip`s in socket`s.

Hello dear frend,
i have toshiba ssa220A with RTC problem , device is warning = ADDRESS ERROR PC=000F00C6.
I changed the battery, but again the error continues,
Do you know dip switch setting or service manual?
