INITIAL HARD WARE ERROR
Check MNo & V-ADRS and stop sequency of starting.
I only detected a power supply (-12VDC) with -14.98VDC (PS3) Is possible that this PS cause the fail related?

I have all of them (I supose...) But there is not any troubleshooting manual, error logs or any that can help to troubleshoot it.
Indeed, I am soliciting the PS to replace and check.
