Our Toshiba Viamo boots up saying Caution An error has occurred in starting up the database. System can still scan but can not enter any patient information in to store. Looking for a way to clean database with fresh empty database. Anyone know how to reconfigure database please. Thanks in advance.
i can not find the database repair tool in the service menu. can you tell me under what category to find it.is it under conf, utilities or something else?
