Toshiba Xpeed - Problem

Dear Sir,
I am From India. we Have a Toshiba Xpeed C.T. Scanner. We are having 2 problems in our machine :
1 Problem : Some time after a fresh start of machine in mornings the machine shows " ratation error" during scan command . After we shutdown the machine and restart 2 - 3 times then the machine works perfectly fine , and doese not Shows any error during the scans the whole day. But if shutdown the machine and again restarts it some time it does show the same error. ( Please note that we had recently changed a Rotation Control Unit of the system and replaced it with xpeed 2 controll unit)
2 Problem : Just recently we are having multiple ring artifacts in all of our scan images. Half of the image is also little bit darker and other half brighter.
Please help . Technical help is hard to find in India.
