HELLO I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A TOUCH PANEL SYTEC GE 3000 CT CONSOLE GREAT, BUT NOT START THE TOUCH UP THE SYSTEM, AND ERROR MESSAGE ON THE SCREEN : ER- 001 TPC RESPONSE TIME OUT PNLC LCP = 03 TN = LCDC ADD. = 0020D982 NEED TO KNOW WHICH IS THE ERROR PLEASE HELP
It may be Touch Panel Control Board or It's Power problem. when the system Powered on, Toutch Panel Board have to communicate with the Main Controller, but It seems not to be done. please check out these things.
Hello check the 5 volt power supply in the console its two silver power supply inside the console, check the status leds in the generator, check all power supply first in the console and the generator.
Pls chk the led status of FMp and DMp board.
re insert the TPC board.
if possible send me the pic of led status of
Fmp Dmp and TPC.boards

Hi Ariel I recommend you do a long test console, this lasts more than 13.0 seconds to check the electronic cards.
