hi
i have a problem with an ALT ultramark 9 the sytem goes through boot sequence, after 4 minutes , it displays a message "system controller not responding" pls if anyone have the solution to that probleme help me

Extend the control panel out, behind it you will find a brown plug with three wires, disconnect this plug, this removes power from the control panel. Try to reboot the system. If the system boots the problem is in the control panel

the problem was in floppy disk system1
but i got a new problem , ther si no beam on
screen, i changed the main beam former card
MNBF ,but allways no beam ; pls help me.

hello,
i have the exact same problem. i disconnected the panel and the system still does not boot up. somebody told me that it could be the floopy disk drive but there are 2 floppy drives on this machine. could this be the source of the problem?

I have the same problem, i think is the floppy drive and the software disk, is anybody has the software disk?? lobsang_ortiz@hotmail.com
