BT02 System has an inside list of ALL programmable probes.
What you need to do, it is finding, among your customers or partners, one who has a working BT02, and take your probe there to reprogram it, any probe.
not reconze the linear probes , convex only vaginal and port switch vaginal and the three ports I reconoze the probe had BT05 and install the bt08 and the same problem will test probes on another computer have if they work eh not achieved the team. please help

Hi, Edgar!
In Voluson BT02 you'll find, inside the Service Mode, reachable thru Set Up screen, the Probe EEPROM button, that allows you to reprogram the probe.
The Probe ID gets lost when the it is tried to be used in unsupported systems.

so you can only reprogram old probes for BT02 not for BT08?

What problem do you have?Are you sure you have a problem with the probes and not the Voluson?
