Valleylab Force 2 CEM

I have a Valleylab Force 2 CEM that I need to calibrate/run performance testing on. I have service and technical manuals for the Force 2, but not for the CEM (dash 20 CEM model). Can anyone tell me what the differences are? Or better yet, get me a copy of the service/technical manual that covers the CEM version? I tried calling tech support, but it was obvious that it has been outsourced, and the only answer I could get was that they didn't support this unit any more, not even to making manuals available. I hate calling tech support and getting someone who's never worked on a medical device and whose only expertise lies in reading a prepared script off of a computer screen.

The CEM is really a Force-2 with special software, limiting the output to 100 watts.
If used in the US, you must live with it as it is.
You calibrate it exactly as a Force-2, but the software will flip the output to 100W if you set it higher and key the unit.
If you are going to EXPORT it, you can change the Microprocessor/EPROM to the Force-2 chip and the unit will calibrate and make 300 watts, just like a Force-2.
Note: You cannot legally do this mod in the USA.
