in VCT scanner, I got the error message ' no sync detected from DAS' .
Vdip tests passed , fiber optic cable from console to gantry are ok. what could be the problem?

Without the error log is hard to help. Could be DAS, DAS power supply, DAS controller

Check the encoder's pinion at gantry upper part. Check that marks meet.
