We have faced a serious problem with a Vela T2 version. when I connect the device to the mains the cooling fan inside the device is starts to spin but when I try to swich on the device the the cooling fan slow down, the display keeps blank and the turbine did not start working. Beside os this a countinouos alarm is activated. And sometimes strange, burned smells come out from the device.
Can anyone help me to find a solution?

Sounds like either power supply or the main control pcb. Try putting the power supply in a different unit to see if it powers up.
