Vertical Actuator prob- Intera 1T
August 12, 2021 11:49
The vertical movement is failing in a table of an Intera 1T - R10. While table is in high-level then no problem ,tabletop mov. and scan posible, but when table is in lowest-level then is not possible to raise to the top, just some minor height is reached and scan is not possible. Actuator Limit switches (up-down) are OK
Some tests were done:
-PATSUP SELFTEST is OK
-Test SW- RUN-FUNCTIONAL PLC OUTPUT is Succeeded
Error on application logging :
- PATSUP 1.12 Out-End switch becomes active in vert. mov.
If during the defect (low-level table) we help the Table manually forcing UP-movement then table raises to the top. It seems actuator has lost its force.
Does the Actuator have any adjustment on the field?
Can the actuator be replaced w/o ramping down ?
any suggestions?

You can change the actuator without going down field. You have to take special care in handling the actuator, the farthest from the magnet
