Dear friends,
may be someone had the same problem and can advice me :At vivid3 on the last step of booting appears one message on the screen:
CRITICAL ERROR OCCURED.
DolpUI:UI_SRC:EXKB doesn't exist.
After that the screen opens properlly,the probe works,but nothing works on the keyboard.
I reload the software-nothing change.
I reconnect the KB@Audio Contr.board
and the connections on it-nothing change.
Hi Chris! The error message seems to be assertive 'EXKB', external keyboard doesn't exist. The external keyboard is the operator panel itself. Plug any PS2 keyboard and mouse on the back of BEP. Press CRTL plus F11 and go to 'External Keyboard' tests and check if the knobs and sliders work. Check all Operator Panel connections and, also, check the revision of its board. Thank you Marcelo.The mouse works on the system.I have light under the original keyboard,but pressing CTRL&F11 nothing appears on the left side of the screen(information of the test).Anyway i will check other keyboard.And i will see again all operator panel conections.
All other buttons on the screen don't have light,only ON/OFF is working
Hi, Chris! What I meant is, to disconnect the original PS2 plug, and to plug a 'really' external keyboard and mouse. This way, you can reach the test area by pressing CRTL+F11. It seems that the power supply to operator panel is missing, or you have whole defective operator panel. Remember to check the board revision. 'God Luck, Good Bless'. MAC.
