9T probe is supported on BT03 and higher systems with RFI front-end. BT03 systems have USB port and CD-RW drive on front panel of BEP. RFI configuration means RFI board installed instead of RFT+FEC+IMP boards and 3.6 software or higher. What is your Vivid3 configuration?
System reads out your probe id and then looks into *.ini to find corresponding probe name and its parameters. If your probe isn't recognised it might mean that the id of 2013 9T TEE could be different from 9T TEE MFG 2012 and isn't listed in ini file. Also there is restricted probes list - your probe might be listed there. If you can send me log file from D: partition to s.v.zhel@gmail.com we could try to figure out what's happening...

Hi,
I'm going to use 9T TEE (GE Pediatric TEE Probe) on Vivid 3 but the system is not supporting.
How could I add support for 9T TEE on Vivid 3 (SW Version 3.6 and below)?

Vivid 3 SW is 3.6 with RFI; The fact is one 9T TEE MFG 2012 works fine on the system but a 2013 9T TEE probe doesn't work.
Same probe works on Vivid 7 BT03 system.
I changed the 2013 connector with a 2012 connector but same results on the Vivid 3. Now is going to test with an older connector (2006).
Any comments?
