VIVID 3 PRO PROBLEM

I have a problem after installation of VIVID 3 software. The process completes the installation then the last it boot to normal booting, but my problem is the image of the whole system is not good, big letters, color is not good, also there is no image from transducers. I try to set in configuration about port, i set it, after i reboot there is a promt, port problem..... Help me with this problem. Thank you.

Hi, Alex! It looks you're describing a VIC CARD failure. Make a deep PM inside the BEP. Took all boards off, check memories, BIOS battery, replace the thermal paste under the microprocessor's fan. Depending on the age of the equipment and the time it has been stored, it might have a lot of bad contacts there. Try this first, please, let us know the outcome, afterwards. Take care, God Bless. I had a similar problem and gave me the port failed to start the ultrasound image. You have to look at the LEDs on the board image-port 2 and port connection check SCSI.Si the LED is always red, two software reinstalled three times, but wait until you start out and turn off the LOG FILE the equipment properly. If you see that the board still does not work and you need one I have one.

This is the process of how i fixed this problem. Afte i install the software,the image color was not good,so same as the normal computer,i install the vga driver for that specific board,and check the bios settings bacause sometimes dolphshell problem appear when bios setting is not on, anyway i use service dongle to boot in windows modw to install vga driver of the mother board. I have a VGA patch CD. How can I install this? Also what should I check to the BIOS settings because I took of the battery and bios returned to its default settings.
