Dear Colleagues,
Our Vivid 3 is Version 2.1D, 2002.
In the "Configuration" menu/"Technical support" menu I set "front board = no board" and also "Mux board = no board" for a test.
The machine did not boot. Now, how can i do to solve the problem.

If you do not have the Dongle, unfortunately that is a huge issue for you.
Best thing is to reload the System and Application SW again.
Other than this there is no way to help you from this distance.

Do you have service dongle?
Do you have any connection with Azish company?
