One Hospital Has a Vivid 3 , this system turn on ok, and when we need use the transducer, not have image of transducer in the monitor.

hi,
yes with all transducer is the same trouble, We make the beamformer calibration and follow the problem.
when we make the HVPS Voltage Test, in Check for Monitoring Area appear all voltages except one that appear 0.000V in PMX85P(73:00:87:00), in this area not appear voltage indicated and the next is same.
In Expnded Low Channels Diagnostic Test many channels appear in Red.
Many fails appear in the system, and only we need to know why is not posible see the signal from Probe to monitor, In the screen appear: Please replace the following TR4 modules, when we make the test.

Check HV availability in HVPS and on the TX board after unfreeze (during scan)
