hi frnds there is a pblm in my vivid 4. machine boot perfactly but when boot complete and enter in scanning mode monitor goes off. pls help me any body have service manual pls send it to me.

in that time you make a print of machine .see you have any print.if you have print machine is ok just check the monitor bout if you dont have print your bep have problem.check the ram and cpu.some times main bord is damege.check the bep only
If you can try to plug in an external monitor to the system and see if it shuts down. You can also use the video page printer to see if there is still a video signal there after it shuts down.
yes ruder i see the video from video out and shut down the machine. but after install s/w prblm as well as. could u pls send the service manual if u have or guide me to fix this prblm.

when the monitor goes OFF, is the video signal OFF too? can you use an external monitor?

I will send u service manual but it wont help.
I guess your monitor frequency is not correctly set in windows.
Have u changed the monitor?
What happened last time you got this error?
What is machin SW version and what SW you reloaded?
