Vivid 7 Dimension driver problems

Hello guys!
When I turn on PW or CW, blu screen comes out with " the device driver got stuck in an infinite loop," seemingly video card driver should be re-installed. Can anybody help me how to do it step by step. I woud be very grateful if you could help me how to solve this issue.

In the backup disk there is only the keys and options of the Vivid 7.Do you know what software it is?Go to config(f2)-system-about and see what version it is.

I reloaded system SW and installed application SW. Still system stuck on CW and PW. Video driver is about to die? Any ideas?

Have you run the diagnostic test to see if there is a problem with some board?
