Hello, Emad
Looks like your machine is booting into Frontend simulation mode. Usually it happens then you have internal communication problems.
If you can collect logs from your system - that might be helpful. Try Alt+D combination and export to external USB stick.
Also sometimes wrong BIOS settings prevent system from booting correctly. Press F2 "Config/Diag" button after system power-on. If system lets you enter BIOS without password - you need to change BIOS battery and configurate BIOS properly. If system asks for the pass - that's not your case most likely - start collecting and analyzing logs.
Good luck.
Yes it was probably condensation. Also be real careful with leaving these units in hot like in cars. I have seen the screens bubble and drip liquid out of them

Hi, Emad! I looks like bad contact to me.
In bigger equipments you see this kind of behaviour when FEC board losts communication to BEP and, many times, it's just bad contact.
I'd open the equipment and would reattach all boards.
Depending on the equipment's age and climate conditions, such as temperature and humidity, they are very responsible for such failure, sometimes.
Hope this helps. Take care, God Bless.
MAC.
