We have a serious problem with a VIVID S6.
The system appears an error message
(EchoLoader.exe-Application Error
The exception uknown software exception (0x40000015) occured in the application at location 0x78b2d6fd. Click ok to terminate the program)
when you are shutting down the system sometimes (f.e. 1-2 times per 10 times).After you press ok, the system is shutting now.
Do you have any idea?
I heard from some doctors that GE had some problems with some systems with error like this in EUrope.Maybe is a software version error.
THe version of the system is 12.2

Thanks a lot for the reply.
I have already did that.
We have installed laser printer on the system from the CD’s.
1)We have test different hard disk.
2)We have test format and reinstall the software.
3)Ram.
Someone told us that the problem is because we put the printers..
He says that we have to install the BIOS first then install the printer and then to install the application of the system.
But I don’t believe this is the problem.

Also, if the system boots up successfully. Use Alt+D combination and export logs to USB-drive and send to me for analyzing.
Running tests from Service browser before that might help to find the reason.

It seems that you have a corrupted software issue, the first thing I would do is to reload the software onto the system.

Hello, Dimitris!
Verifying BIOS settings and reflashing it makes sense if You still have error after SW reinstall.
Make sure that You select Full Clean Reinstall option.
