I've seen this problem. It was the BIOS battery in the PC. After replacing it,depending the version of your BEP, you must reset all settings in the BIOS.
hi thank you for reply the bios battery is good and the bios setting is also good. in detail error code the system said that PCI2IP hardhare not found and fatal error is DolphUI(0x3E8)ACQ_SRC:no image port found
also RFT downloadind failed, FEC downloading failed
i donot know the BEP version but the S/N is P1438
Before changing the BIOS battery, be sure that the problem comes from battery and the Volttage on the battery is below 2.5V
Changing the BIOS Battery will loose all BIOS settings and you need to know what are the exact settings.
The part number you have provided is not right. it should be something like 2315842-7.
But in my opinion you have answered your problem yourself; The problem apparently comes form PCI2IP PCB. This is a card inside BEP which is a bridge between BEP and FEP. So if PCI2IP does not work it can not load the FEC in FEP. A shilded flat cable from FEP is connected to this PCB in BEP.
The part number of this card should be something like FB200973.
The best solution is take all the cards inside BEP, clean their connectors with alcohol and place them again in their locations. sometimes this can solve the problem.
If it did not work, you need to het a PCI2IP and test.
Hi Saeed thank you for repling me i clean the connector of PC2IP but no change
i run the Bios setting and notified that PCI2IP and IP are correctly detected in PCI location and also have and id because when i boot the system with PCI2IP bd in Bios setting i saw 19 PCI connected but when removing the PC2IP this became 16
but now i am supected the software problem
i need to reload the software in another drive to look at the change if not i will replace the PCI2IP
but the clue is that i donot have software CD
please can anyone help me with software version 2.1c
Regards
as i see, now you have problem because putting off the battery -the mashine loose the bios settings.i know what you must change on Bios.my e-mail is kapa-med@kapamedical.gr
