If you have a System Configuration backup from a time before the password for the ADM was changed from the default, you can restore the Users/Passwords file and then log in. Otherwise, the only way I know to restore the password to the default is to reload the Applications software.
You need a service password that GE provides in the service manual in order to reload software. Download it at http://apps.gehealthcare.com/servlet/ClientServlet?REQ=RNEW&MODALITY=US. You also should have a complete System Configuration backup and a record of all the Option Keys before you start the software installation.
