Hello:
I have a problem with a Viztek OpalRad software.
I try to Login(after changing the user ID and password) and it says DB failure. I am online so I don't think that's the problem.
Also ,I am using iMagica and when i try to open it, it says "Unable to open port 4 for communication with generator" .
My generator is a CPI CMP 200.
