I have a voluson 730 1.07 at my Brookhaven MS location. When my client came back from lunch and turned it on, it will only load a "rust red" screen on the main monitor and the voluson logo on the touch screen.
This is located in the sticks, and want to try to figure out what the problem could be before I send out another tech and pay a few thousand just for travel time.
please do a cleaning service too al, contacts inside the system, I have seen something similar with BT02 systems, clean all boards contacts, if that does not fix the problem check the power supply voltages or the SBC board maybe bad.
