Hi friends, I have a trouble with my voluson expert 730 BT02, turn on the system and the machine only show "keyboard error or no keyboard present" don´t do nothing more... and I don´t have the software system!!! Please what can i do.

If the message you mentioned appears in the beggining of the boot (it stops at BIOS screen), it's possible the PS2 'Y' piece that connects both the QWERTY keyboard and the Trackball on the SBC board might be disconnected or inverted (Keyboard in the place of the Trackball or vice versa), equiment won't start in that condition.
2)
Is your system a Pro or an Expert?
3)
If the boot continues, can you see on the upper left corner of the screen if the word 'boot' is present?
4)
Does the message appear when the boot is almost finished?
Where, on the main screen or on the touchpad?
Please, let us know these steps to figure out what could be wrong, ok?
you can check the system BIOS battery, get into BIOS and check date and time, then below says "halt on" select "all errors". I would replace the battery anyway.
