You reinstall the software
if not ok?
you try to get an LCD monitor on the VGA output jack on the motherboard
if there is a normal picture of your machine down tuochscreen
Hi there you must go to the root of the system . maybe driver of your system wasn't install properly. I guess you can fix it without any need to reload software.
for going to root folders of system (I mean going to windows platform) go to help> add printer> have disk> and then right click on My Computer , explore and then go to device manager....
See if You can find any thing useful.
Hi Karen can you help me..??I just bought and replace an lcd touch screen for Voluson 730 expert..I replaced it and it seems to start..I was recognized by system and it continue to appear reeboot...but at the end of reebooting it seeems doesn work..no beep on the touch no signal...

Voluson 730 Expert touchscreen problem

I have V730 Expert BT08. AFTER normal boot the touchscreen remaning black. After reboot usually go normaly.
Where is the problem?

Does the system work ok?Do you have image in the monitor?If you press the touch screen in any place do you hear the beep?

In monitor have image . If i press touch no beep hear. I reboot system and go ok. But sametime we will teboot 3 time
