hello..we are encountering some problem with ge ultrasound voluson....the problem is in the middle of study or during patient study the machine hangs up and no function is responding...what is causing the problem? thanks for the help
My suggestion is, prior to do anything, even reinstalling the SW, check external disturbances such as voltage leakage coming from ground wire, TV cable, DVD video recorder, USB printers, PC image capture, everything.
This kind of behaviour is typical of external influence, because undesired voltages stroggle with the motherboard and may cause damage to its HDD.

software problem may be need reload software on rescue partiton R
remenber record the option id before reload the software.
