we have a voluson expert and we are encountering this problem. when we turn on the machine it will show voluson logo until the starting windows for both the monitor and touch screen.the monitor will continue until its application but the touch screen will show only booting up. everything will be loaded and the monitor has an image except the touch screen is black out. what was casing the problem. we plan to load the software and we have the software BT05 but i dont know how to load the software. can somebody help me how to do it step by step. what are the things need to do before i load the software?

I use to had this same problem and the touch screen was not conect properly , y just reconect the touch screen cable and fix the problem
