you can have many problems, maybe the power supply is bad, or the cPU board is bad or the CKV bopard is bad, you need to test and check the whole system, let me know if I can help you

Dear All,
I am from Mongolia, We need help for fix problem of Voluson 730 Expert.
The display is blue, no any text and icon.
Touch screen have "booting" message first few minutes.
Please advice us.
