Voluson 730 Memory RAM replacement

Hello all. Anyone have the specs for replacing memory/RAM on the SBC board?
Voluson 730
Motherboard - Rocky-3732EVS-R2-SI05
The most I can find is SDRAM PC133
(board supports up to 1.5Gb - currently 768 installed)
Any recommendation for memory manufacture or successful installation brand.
Any recommendation if I should stay with 768Mb or max out to 1.5Gb

The best brand if you can find it is the Kingston memory dimms.768 mb is more than enough for this machnine,it uses the first dimm for the windows and the other two for the 4D image.If you install more memory it will help but you want see any major change.
