Hi. I am repairing a Voluson 730 pro ultrasound. I had recover the system, but the equipment shows the message "The option BT in not mounted. Tue ultrasound wil start without using thr ultrasound hardware. You may introduce the code here or do it in Utilities/System configuration/Options?. The system doesnt show image of the transducers. May anybody gimme a clue? Thanks in advance.
What did you replace on the system? I do not know if you lost them or not, it depends on what was replaced on the system and if you reloaded software. When we sell equipment we put a print out of the codes on the back cover inside the system. I am not sure if you have those or not. if you go into the the utilities and then go to system set up, then click on options you should see what is activated on the system followed by a series of numbers/letters. If they are blank then you need to find the option codes.
Ge give me the codes, the system accept this but i keep me asking for the code and the options still inactive, i do the procedure like the service manual but dont work, can you help me please.
whats the main bt software? sone times your sistem donot let you upgread your system.keep the option key and tern back your system to the frest bt and chek it.

I used the Recover option from the cd that comes with the ultrasound.
