I have recently bought a Voluson 730 pro BT05, I just bought a HP D5069 printer for my Voluson it ask for Intall archives and everything fine but it didnt complete installation..!!
Now, I connect the printer, it doesnt print, and Voluson doesnt ask for Installation files again!!???
I know 730 pro is based on Windows 2000, how can I go in to delete the printer or reintall it?

you have to enter in safe mode o kill the process of the ultrasound system, then you enter like a computer, here you can install or desintall a hardware controller
you should be go to utilities, system setup and service then you can reinstall the printer and install it again.
If you need more information let me know.
Ok and enter Using Password "SHE" and says install printer, the problem is that the software that already installed on Voluson I dont know how to erase it? because I plug it and dont ask me for a New Hardware, (maybe files are inside) I enter on Control Panel ! and delete files..!!
Also i went on Program Files and delete folder HP, so Now i dont know how to do it for Volsuon recongize it?

You can try other choice as follow:
1- you should be go to utilities, system setup and options then write on a paper the permanent key.(very important if you don't done it you will lost the options.)
2- Switch off the system .
3- Start one more time the system.
4- During the boot go to Service.
5- RESTORE C partition.
6- The machine will work alone during 20min , let it working.(Don't switch off the system.)
7- The machine will close and restart alone and then it will tell you to enter the options key codes (permanent key) to activate it.
8- when you have finished the process , close and restart the machine .
9- Switch off the system .
10- Start one more time the system.
11- you can install printer software again.
1-start the machin
2 -add the cabel printer in on pwer
3-you see the alarm you add one external usb
4-insert the cd and instal it.
after inestal push the F1 and goo to help page.
5-in top of the help page you see printer icon
6-push it
7-ask you you want your printer be top ,accept it.
8-open add printer page and you can see your printer.
whit top key of the tracball you can cofirm it and online it and exit
9-go to system and peripheral and end of it A printer open it
and select your printer
10-save and exit

i have a voluson 730 bt08 and i want add new printer. but after insert the printer cd i dont see anything . how can i start installation. thanks..
