What do you mean by performance? Bad resolution? Slow? noisy? increasing RAM does not show any significant changes.
Who did the upgrade? Refer to them.
Hello, tell us more about you meant by bad perforformances . If your Voluson is became slowly, change RAM will solve it but if it is about the quality of the images search somewere else.

I have a GE Voluson 730 pro BT05. I update it to BT08 but performance is worse now. I think because of REM. Can I replace it's rem with higher?

Only became slowly. I am a doctor. I did the upgrade. But I don't know If I change The RAM, Voluson software accept the new RAM and works?
