After switch on the ultrasound machine shows the following message on the screen:
"Systems setting data base engine stopped the process because you and another user area attempting to change the same data at the same time".
As far as I know, the user has not done anything untoward!. The light on the key board and the on/off switch are not on and the machine therefore can’t be switched off. I would really appreciate any advice that could be provided.
My thoughts are that it could be an Ipconflict, a database corruption or a need to reload the software?
Could be a database corrupt, try the database repair procedure, and see if you can repair database. If not you may have to reinitialise hard drive, and reload the software. Hopefully you have a note of the option code, which you will need to get the system to scan.

If you have a Network Printer installed, check the box off if it is configured to bidirectional communication (Xerox, Konica Minolta use to have this feature), or any kind of monitoring instance. The system is locked onto the docking cart and the key is missing. Do you know if the key to the lock is generic or individual to each lock. how easy will this be to replace or will the lock need drilling out!
Hi, John! Thanks for your kind reply. Remember to note the OPTION STRING (Set Up Screen), as Adrian said. You will need it in case you should reinstall the OS and App SW.
