Voluson E8 serial number lost

Hi
Hopefully you can help me, we have a Voluson E8 that had a damaged video card and did not turn on the monitor, but when connecting an external VGA monitor we could see that it had the serial number, which does correspond to the HW and the label that has the equipment and the Key that activated the option
The card was repaired since some terminals of the HDMI video connector were unsoldered, and it already turns on the monitor and the touch screen correctly, but it has lost the serial number of the equipment, when turning on completely, if I save the key that corresponds to the number of series, but in the section where the serial number of the equipment goes, "NONE" appears and obviously does not activate any function.
Is there any procedure to be able to regenerate the serial number of the equipment?
Another curious fact is that it detects two connected transducers without having them, I do not know if it is a problem related to the key and the serial number or is an additional problem.

I'm not so familiar to E8, I even can't say for sure if it has a RFS board, with a PM-SOM attached, or if it has a BEP (PC) motherboard more like a commercial one, but I'm assuming that the maintenance applied to the video section might have "corrupted" somehow the serial number recipient elsewhere it is. Maybe a short circuit, or just something, like a cable or connector got detached, avoiding serial number to be "read".
But also assuming you still not tried yet a SW reinstallation, and if you have the license string (options code), I'd do it first, a complete SW installation, reseting all partitions. Maybe, SW got corrupted and coincidentally the part responsible for serial number reading is damaged.
What do you think?
