We have a Voluson Pro BTO2 with the following problem: Memory Access Violation at address 0X0190B667 in module “Servlog.all”
(0X01900000) Memory dump 55 E8 8B 45 C0 8B 48 08 81 39 CE 0B 00 00 75 02 EB
when we turn on the system boot but this error is showed and the image is freezzed.
I have not the Software to reinstal the system. Can someone help me?

And where is the RAM located?
