Anybody knows why Elasto on Voluson S8 doesn't work after activation. We changed linear probe to 12L, useless it doesn't work. Does it require specific hardware?

Hello guys!
Anybody knows why Elasto on Voluson S8 doesn't work after activation. We changed linear probe to 12L, useless it doesn't work. Does it require specific hardware?

yes, I did and use 12L-RS that supports Elasto in manual's chart
